• When your parcel is out of our possession you and the courier company have to communicate about further questions
  • We supply your waybill number on an email as soon as your parcel has been dropped off at the courier company
  • When your parcel gets lost, you have to communicate the issue with the the courier company
  • We do no refund lost parcels
  • Make sure YOU receive your parcel and not someone else
  • If someone else signs for your parcel, make sure they receive the correct parcel

  • When your items arrive damaged or broken, we do not take responsibility and will be held responsible
  • We do not refund broken/damaged items
  • We do not refund any ordered items as the order has been placed just for you
  • No items will be exchanged nor returned. 99% of the orders have been ordered for a specific person, thus no refund will be allowed
